TalkingPoint

At Leeds Building Society, we believe it’s very important to know what our members think. This is why we’ve launched TalkingPoint, our online member forum. Talking Point gives members an opportunity to share their thoughts on topics including the Society, new products, and the financial sector in general.

Real time feedback

To help us continue to improve our service, we’re trying out a new way to get your feedback straight away. This is so that we can work towards improving our service more efficiently.

So, how does it work? At the end of your call to us, you could be sent a survey by text/SMS or we might call you to ask if you want to do a short, automated survey. This’ll only take two minutes and will be a maximum of five quick questions.

You don’t have to participate if you don’t want to, you can just simply ignore the call or text. The phone number we’ll use for this survey is 0113 868 0352 and any texts will be sent from LeedsBSoc.

Customer Satisfaction

As a mutual, our members are important to our success. We want to know what you think so that we find out what we’re doing well and how we can do better.

The way we do this is through an independent research agency called Fineline, who carry out a monthly customer satisfaction survey with a number of our members. They’ll only contact you between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

We’d really appreciate it you’d take some time to give us your feedback and help us give you the best service we can. And your response can be anonymous if you’d prefer. To find out more about Fineline, you can take a look at their website.
